How to apply:

Step 1: You need to send us Appointment Booking Form    

Step 2: You need to visit the visa center with your documents- London, Manchester, Cardiff or Edinburgh, as per your preference.

Step 3: You will get your visa as per your nationality status by post.

(A) Documents required:

• Application form – Fully completed and duly signed by the applicant.
• For minors if traveling unaccompanied or with one parent only a letter of consent from the parent/s must be submitted. Furthermore both parents must sign the form and add a copy of their passports. A DOB-certificate must be provided always
• Photograph: 2 latest loose passport-size photographs
• Passport or official travel document valid for more than 3 months beyond the validity of the requested visa, with at least two blank visa pages (pages do not need to be consecutive) with a photocopy.
• Residence Permit: The Residence Permit must be valid for more than 3 months the day you return to the UK and a photocopy.
• Bank statements: For the last 03 months that should not be older than one week credit card statements are not acceptable as proof. Also need to submit the copy of bank statements for the last 03 months.
• Hotel booking Confirmation: Hotel reservation or package tour confirmation by travel agent with copy.
• Mode of transportation documents: Such as plane tickets, train tickets, ferry ticket etc. with a photocopy.

(B) Specific documents as per criteria:

• Letter of employment: Employment letter from the employer in the UK or recent student letter confirming the purpose, duration, date of returning to work and one copy.
• For Students on a school trip: If traveling on a school trip a letter from the school is also required confirming the purpose, duration, date of returning to school and one copy.
• For self-employed: You need to provide a latest letter from your accountant and one copy.
